LOG21 is a new prime logistics development strategically located on Road 1 -the major industrial corridor of Uruguay-, just 12 km away from the Port of Montevideo. The site spans 452,000 sq. ft (42,000 m²) and consists of high quality warehouses of 48,500 sq. ft (4,500 m²) built so far expandable to 200,000 sq. ft (18,500 m²) built by the end of the project. All of LOG21 premises are constructed with top-notch technology and the highest quality standards, which turns them into an exceptional space for the storage, management and distribution of a wide range of products, including chemicals and high-risk items.

LOG21 premises -placed on Juan Burghi St- are located on a privileged position offering rapid access from the main air, sea port and land routes. The region has also been chosen by other renowned international companies, such as: Caterpillar (H. Petersen), PepsiCo, Tornometal, Volvo and Maersk, and the newspaper El País plant is located less than 1,600 ft (500 m) on Road 1.
